He awakens three days later, all alone. There was a throbbing pain in his head, no doubt from a sneak attack by another member of the Organization. The chains had been doubled, and the seals triple in strength. However, he felt no other presence. The Organization had fallen...but he was forgotten. No one remained, no one...no one...and neither did she. A single tear, a single feather, both shed before the darkness closes in...an eternal sleep, to be with her again...
And thus does he sleep for twenty years, until he is awakened once more... | |
