One guard nods, and goes inside the tent and informs Nasuada. "Come in, King Axel."
Axel goes in and smiles at Nasuada. "Nice seeing you again. Lady, before I begin, would you mind summoning Orrin, Eragon and Arya? They need to hear this to."
Nasuada nods. "Guard, tell Jarsha to gather Eragon, Orrin and Arya."
The guard nods, and leaves the tent. | |

"Normally, we aren't allowed to so openly reveal the fourth wall like this, but a situation was arisen that threatens numerous worlds, potentially yours as well. A group of assassins known as the Fallen Angels has been a thorn in our side since they took over the Nobodies three years ago. Until now, they've been rather quiet, but as you might be aware, it was a pair of the Fallen who murdered our former king. They have made their first move against our world, and there's no telling who or where they will strike next. It could be anyone on any world, even anyone in this very tent. That is why we need to hit them first. We're in the middle of planning an infiltration of the Castle That Never Was in order to wrench away control of the Nobodies from them; this will possibly leave them more vulnerable to direct confrontations, as well as earn us back a valuable ally; for this to work, though, we'll need the best warriors on our side." | |

"It would be the least we could do, for all their help." Orrin says.
"True, but we cannot simply abandon Alageasia." Nasuada says.
"You wouldn't have to, we'd only require so many warriors." Axel says.
Nasuada seems in thought. "If we weren't at war ourselves Axel, I would fully support you, but we need all the soldiers we have."
"I understand, Lady." Axel says, looking disappointed. He turns around and leaves. | |
