The transport gummi breaches the planet's atmosphere, soon coming in for a water landing. It then sails into the harbor and docks at an open pier before opening up.

Mario steps off, stretching a bit before looking back onto the ship. "All ashore that's going ashore."

Vanessa gets out, and Erik followed her. Andrew gets out and helps Emma out. He then gets her things out.

Mario gives a sigh and goes to the castle, wanting to check on the status of things.

Mariya was planting some flowers infront of the castle. A few are planted already. Mariya puts down the small shovel, and takes a drink from her water bottle.

"Hey, Mariya," Mario responds as he approaches. "The wave is here. Isn't much, but we have new residents here, at least."

Mariya stands and brushes off some of the dirt on her pants. "Alright. I'll go help them get settled, I'm cramping up from sitting so long."

Mario nods and goes into the castle to check with the Nobodies.

The Nobodies are sitting in one of the rooms. Erik helps Vanessa with her things, and they pass Mariya. She nods to them, and goes down to meet with Emma and Andrew.

Mario nods to the Nobodies and to Xildus when he appears. He then goes outside onto one of the bastilles and looks over the town from there.

"Mind if I join you?" Sora asks coming beside him.

"Hm? Oh, sure," Mario states as he steps over a bit to share the view. "So, this place is really coming together quickly."

"Yea, it's looking great." Sora says. "We got a couple reports of Lucas and Lexi running about. So far though, it doesn't seem they caught wind of this place."

"Good," Mario states. "I doubt that will last incredibly long, but for now, it's good to know that there is at least a safe haven for some people."

"Yea." Sora says. "About twenty people came with me, what about you?"

"I had the new cook for the castle, Erik, and a new couple from Radiant Garden; they will be marrying sometime soon," Mario says with a slight smile. "Not a large group like yours, but it's a start."

"A pretty good start." Sora says. "If anyone comes looking for me I went for a walk."

Sora then turns and walks off.

Mario's cell rings then. Erik was calling.

Mario blinks and answers his cell phone. "Yeah, Erik?"

Vanessa can be heard yelling about something in the background. "Uh, yeah...Vanessa saw the nobodies and uh..I can't get her to stop...yelling long enough to explain to her." Erik says.

Mario nods. "Okay, I'll be right down," he says before hanging up. He then sighs and descends back into the castle, following the echoes of the yelling to where Erik and Vanessa are.

The both of them are in the kitchen, and Vanessa is still going on about the nobodies. She then see's Mario. "You know, when you said 'things that we cannot explain' I thought you meant something like a flying pig. But Nobodies?"

"Well, sorry," Mario states. "But you did say that you would be alright with whatever you saw. And besides, it's not like they're enemies; if you've heard of Bleach, they're his Nobodies."

She sighs. "Being fine and comfortable are two different things." She states. "But I'll trust you on this."

Erik seems releived, perhaps he worried he'd have to tell her to keep this secret. He leaves the room then.

Vanessa sighs, and begins putting ingredients away in their proper places. "I'm still open to a date, so you know."

"Yeah, I know," Mario states as he looks out the nearby window down toward the town. Perhaps he was trying to avoid the topic, but secretly, he was trying to hide his small blush. "I want to make sure that the town gets a good start first, though. All this will be for waste if we can't get this town to stand on its own two feet."

"Well, I think the restoration comittee is doing a great job. I was going to help out if I could once I had these put away." She says.

Mario gives a nod. "Glad to hear. I think I'll go ahead and take a walk around to see how the new residents are doing." He walks to the door. "Oh, and Nessa? Sorry for not telling you about the Nobodies." He then leaves to explore the town.

Vanessa smiles.

The restoration committe are just leaving the town when Mario arrives. "All that needs to be done is get workers for the shops." Squall says to him. "I see we alrady have one. Andrew's already introduced himself."

Mario nods. "Alright. What other shops need to be filled?"

"All but the accesory shop." Squall says.

Mariya can be seen talking to Emma. Both of them are laughing.

Mario notices the two girls and hides a slight smile. "Good, that should be filled in no time. Thanks again for all your help, you guys."

"Not a problem. We'll be heading home then." Squall says, and walks passes Mario to go to the castle.

Mario nods to them and goes over to Andrew's shop. "Hey. How's it going?"

"Pretty good." He says, as he finishes cleaning off the counter. "I'll be ready for when the crowds arrive."

Just then some loud clangs sound. It sounded like they were coming from the arena. A moment later Mario's knight symbol flashes. His phone beeps and when opened, a map of Maelstrom Peak appears, and a blip appears in the spot where the arena was.

Mario blinks and checks the symbol and phone. "Got to go, duty calls," he says before rushing over to the arena to check it out.

In the Arena, Sora is kneeling on the ground, holding a wound. He looks over when he hears Mario enter. "Mario! Don't let him get away!" He yells, pointing to Lucas, who's running twords a different exit.

Mario glances over and grimaces, snapping his fingers as he begins chasing after Lucas and attempting a Stopga spell.

Lucas' leg gets cuaght in the spell, and he falls. He grimances and tries to get up, but is unsuccessful. He mutters something.

Mario quickly draws Two Becomes One and pins Lucas with it. "Okay, Lucas, why are you here?"

"Orders." Is all he says.

"From who? And to do what?" Mario demands.

"You know who. You've seen our master." Lucas says. "As to what, I'm not telling."

"Then maybe you'll be willing to talk after some time in the dungeon," Mario states as he activates his symbol for assistance. "I'm sure you'll find yourself among old friends there."

"That dungeon won't hold me for long, but aren't you forgetting something, kid?" Lucas asks with a smirk on his face. "I'm never alone."

"No, not really," Mario states. "In fact, I'm surprised she hasn't already made her entrance."

"Oh, actually, she's probly on her way out by now." Lucas says. "She'll probly come get me later."

Mariya enters the Arena, as does Axel. Mariya gasps when she see's her dad lying on the ground and Lexi walking away. She turns around and smirks. She then begins running.

Axel growls and chases after Lexi. Mariya goes to her father and takes his hand, seeing he was still breathing. "Dad..." She chokes.

"Well, too bad for her," Mario states as he quickly wrenches Lucas off the ground and, with a quick motion, not only removes Lucas's weapons but also opens a portal before kicking him through. "Good luck escaping from there," Mario states as the portal closes, leaving Lucas in an area of Radiant Garden heavily populated by Knights.

In Radiant Garden, the Knights quickly arrest him and take him away to the dungeon.

Back at the Arena, Axel corners Lexi. "You are under arrest for the attempted Murder of King Sora."

"I wouldn't be so sure it was an attempt. He's probly dieing as we speak, and there is nothing you can do about it." Lexi says.

Axel growls again, and cuff's Lexi and takes her to Radiant Garden, and as soon as she was locked up, he rushed back.

Mario pulls himself together and rushes back to where Sora is. "Curaga!" he casts.

"No!" Mariya shouts, but she fails to stop the spell from being cast. "There still was a bullet in there..."

Squall and the others arrive, carrying a gurney. A moment later they put Sora on it. A Gummi ship lowers and They load Sora on. "Don't worry, princess, your dad's been threw wost then this. He'll be alright." Squall says.

Mariya whips her tears. Axel runs over and holds her. "Common, we'll go with him." He says, and they get on the ship.

Once everyone was boarded, the ship takes off to Radiant Garden.

"Shit..." Mario mutters, unable to believe that, in his haste, he might have just doomed the king to death. He is silent before boarding as well.
