The plains are calm for but a moment when a dark portal suddenly opens...thirty feet off the ground. Something tumbles out, yelling before hitting the ground with a thud. The portal closes as the recovering figure slowly rises.

Enigma grimaces as he stands. "Should have planned that better..." he mutters. "Perhaps I should not have relied so much on the memory..." After a moment, he looks himself over. He was a pitch black lion, white and black bandages covering most of his body with breaks occasionally for the eyes and the muzzle. Over these bandages, he wears his same black cloak, only it's modified so that his forelegs fit perfectly into the sleeves and the hood puts the majority of his face into shadow. "...How interesting," he states.

He now turns to the giant rock off in the distance. If memory served him correctly, this was the same place from his memory. Could it be that the letter came from here? Only one way to find out. Enigma starts the trek toward Pride Rock, adjusting to his lion form as he makes the journey.

The lions at Pride Rock are alseep, besides two; Kiara and Kovu, on watch.

"What's that?" Kiara asks, unsure.

"Not sure...but I don't like the look of it." Kovu states.

Enigma soon arrives at Pride Rock. He stops at the foot of the giant formation, glancing up at it as he takes in the sight. "...Somewhere here is more of my memory..." he quietly murmurs to himself. After a pause, he starts to walk into the area to find the right spot.

Something growls, and Kovu can now be seen standing in Enigma's way. "Who are you and what are you doing here?"

Enigma looks at Kovu for a moment, silent for a minute before responding. "...Alas, I cannot answer your first question. I am an enigma, even to myself. However, I remember being here in my past. It is my hope that I can recover some of my memories by revisiting this location."

"I don't recognise you, and I've seen all who have been here." Kiara says.

"Let him pass." Simba says, appearing on the cliff. "But if he threatens us, attack."

Kovu moves aside.

Enigma nods to Kovu and ascends the path, stopping near Simba. "I have a question to ask. One year ago, did anyone here in the Pride Lands send someone with a letter to Twilight Town to then be mailed to someone else?"

Simba seems to think. "I think so." Simba says. "Can't remember what it was about though."

"Hm...would it help if I happen to have that letter?" Enigma asks, recalling that he still had the letter with him after he took it from the mail carrier. Remembering that it was in his right cloak pocket, he turns to get it. However, as he turns, he reaches a limit before he can turn far enough to reach it. He starts walking around in circles, trying to reach, but he finally gives up and turns his right side to Simba. "Right cloak pocket..."

Simba nods, and manages to pull it out. He opens it. "Oh yea...this was saposed to go to Sora."

"Sora..." Enigma says as he tries to go through his memory again. "...Yes, he's in Radiant Garden, correct? ...With your permission, I would like to see to it that this letter gets to Sora."

Simba nods. "Good luck."

Enigma nods, takes the letter, gives a bow, and then steps away. He reaches the edge of the Pride Lands before opening another dark portal, stepping in and hoping not to miss again.
